Enroute is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead complex, cross-functional initiatives with a strong focus on governance, stakeholder alignment, and delivery excellence. In this role, you will own projects end-to-end—from planning and execution to communication and successful delivery—acting as the single point of accountability.

You will work closely with global stakeholders across business, technology, procurement, and operations, ensuring clear ownership, managing risks and dependencies, and maintaining consistent communication and reporting standards. This role is ideal for someone with strong leadership skills, excellent communication, and experience managing enterprise-level initiatives in dynamic, fast-paced environments.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in Project or Program Management, preferably in enterprise or global environments
  • Strong understanding of Procurement / Purchasing processes and operating models
  • Proven experience managing cross-functional, multi-region stakeholders
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and executive-level reporting skills
  • Ability to operate independently in a matrixed organization and drive execution without direct authority
  • Senior-level profile (5+ years of experience)

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and lead the transition program end-to-end, ensuring delivery against scope, timeline, and objectives
  • Serve as the single point of accountability for the initiative
  • Partner closely with cross-functional stakeholders
  • Technology Strategy & Innovation leadership
  • Procurement and Purchasing teams
  • Global Asset Management stakeholders
  • Establish and maintain a structured delivery cadence
  • Weekly status meetings
  • Executive and leadership updates
  • Risk, dependency, and issue tracking
  • Drive alignment across global teams and ensure clear ownership of deliverables
  • Identify, manage, and escalate risks and dependencies proactively
  • Ensure consistent documentation, reporting, and communication standards
  • Support and coordinate candidate interviews as part of the staffing process
  • Interviews led by Technology Strategy & Innovation leadership
