We are looking for a heavyweight Senior Project Manager to serve as a strategic right hand to our leadership team. This is not just a "task-tracking" role; we need a high-EQ leader who can navigate the complexities of a fast-growing organization.
You will be responsible for orchestrating mission-critical initiatives that bridge Technology, Risk, Sales, Operations, Finance, and Compliance. You will be expected to command a room of executives, manage high-stakes stakeholder dynamics, and—most importantly—evangelize project management excellence across a team that is still maturing its processes.
