Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer support via phone, email, and chat.
- Assist customers with inquiries about services, bookings, and any related issues.
- Efficiently resolve concerns and complaints while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
- Guide customers through processes and educate them about available services.
- Accurately document customer interactions and feedback for continued improvement.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance overall service delivery.
Requirements
- Fluency in Czech (both spoken and written) is required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Previous experience in customer service or support roles is preferred.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Willingness to relocate to Greece for this position.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
- Interest in experiencing Greek culture and lifestyle is a plus.
