Requirements

  • You get energy from A-Z customer success cycles: from onboarding to offboarding (hopefully not too much of this)
  • You are able to spot and identify upsell opportunities with existing customers.
  • You understand that customer success within health tech can take time and are a big believer of building trust and relationships, not only closing deals.
  • You are a big believer of cross-communication and collaboration within the company: sales, customer success, product & tech.
  • French and/or Spanish is your native language, you speak ENG fluently.
