Jonesbororealtycompany is a leading real estate company in the Jonesboro area, providing exceptional services to our clients for over 20 years. We are currently seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our team on a full-time basis, working 40 hours per week.

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our clients and customers, providing them with outstanding service and support. Your main responsibility will be to address and resolve any inquiries or concerns they may have, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty to our company. You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records of all interactions, providing timely and efficient responses, and escalating any complex issues to the appropriate department.

Key Responsibilities:

- Act as the primary point of contact for all customer inquiries and concerns

- Provide exceptional customer service by listening attentively, understanding their needs, and providing timely and accurate resolutions

- Maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times, even in challenging situations

- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and customers to promote loyalty and retention

- Keep accurate records of all interactions and update customer information in the database

- Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex customer issues and ensure a seamless customer experience

- Stay up-to-date with company products, services, and policies to provide accurate information to customers

- Meet or exceed monthly performance goals and customer satisfaction targets

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred

- 1-2 years of experience in customer service or a related field

- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously

- Proficient in Microsoft Office and customer service software

- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Real estate industry knowledge is a plus
