Customer Service Representative – Consumer Electronics (Remote – Greece)

Our client, a global leader in the consumer electronics industry, is looking for dynamic, customer-centric professionals to join their remote team in Greece. Work Location

  • Remote work within Greece

  • Operational hub: Athens – Piraeus

Schedule

  • Monday – Sunday

  • 09:00 – 21:00 (rotational shifts)

Salary & Compensation

  • Base Salary: €1,300 gross/month

  • Performance Bonus: Up to €150/month

  • Night Shift Premium: +25% per hour

  • Sundays & Public Holidays: +75% per hour

Training

  • 11 full working days of paid remote training

  • Delivered by certified instructors

Relocation Support (Choose One Option)

All expenses covered

  • Flight

  • Hotel accommodation

  • Real estate agency fee

€250 relocation allowance + real estate agency fee
(Ideal for candidates relocating independently)

Equipment & Connectivity Support

  • Company-provided PC with multiple screens

  • Mobile internet router supplied during onboarding
    (Ideal for candidates staying temporarily in a hotel or without a fixed internet connection)

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide outstanding customer service via phone, email, and chat, ensuring professionalism and empathy at all times.

  • Assist customers with product-related issues, troubleshooting, and warranty claims for consumer electronics.

  • Deliver clear and accurate information about products and services to support informed purchasing decisions.

  • Resolve customer complaints efficiently while ensuring a positive customer experience.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex issues when necessary.

  • Participate in regular training and feedback sessions to enhance product knowledge and service quality.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Language Requirements

  • German (C1+) – Native-level fluency

  • English (B2) – Intermediate communication skills

Profile Requirements

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

  • Customer-focused mindset with a passion for service excellence

  • Strong problem-solving abilities and proactive attitude

  • Ability to work independently while collaborating within a team

  • Previous customer service experience is an advantage but not mandatory

Legal Requirements

  • EU Citizenship, Full-purpose or Specific-purpose work permit, or Certificate of Protection (for refugees)

  • Mandatory: Ability to provide a birth certificate for employment documentation
