Job Description

Join a leading consumer electronics company and deliver exceptional customer service to Spanish-speaking customers. Provide support via phone, email, and chat, troubleshoot issues, and ensure an outstanding customer experience.

Location: Remote – Based in Greece
Languages: Spanish (Native) & English (B2+)
Start Date: 03/04/2026
Schedule: Monday–Sunday, 09:00–21:00, 2 days off
Contract Type: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with professionalism and empathy.
  • Assist with product-related issues, troubleshooting, and warranty claims.

  • Provide clear and accurate product and service information.

  • Resolve complaints effectively to ensure a positive customer experience.

  • Collaborate with team members and escalate issues when necessary.

  • Participate in training and feedback sessions to enhance skills and knowledge.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Native-level fluency in Spanish; English (B2)

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

  • Customer-focused with problem-solving mindset

  • Ability to work in a team while taking individual ownership

  • Prior customer service experience is a plus, but not mandatory

  • Legal authorization to work in Greece: EU Citizenship, Full/Specific-purpose Work Permit, or Certificate of Protection (refugees)

Salary & Benefits:

  • Base Salary: €1,045.72 gross/month

  • Performance Bonus: Up to €150/month (based on performance)
