Location: 100% Remote from Greece (relocation to Greece is mandatory; remote work is not possible from other countries)

Key Responsibilities

• Provide customer support in German across multiple channels

• Handle inquiries related to products, orders, and services

• Resolve issues professionally and in a solution-oriented manner

• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure excellent customer experience

Candidate Requirements

• German: minimum C1

• English: B2

• Valid EU work permit required

• Availability to relocate to Greece (remote work only permitted from Greece)

Remuneration & Benefits

• Salary: 1,300–1,400 euros per month * 14

• Meal allowance: 80 euros per month

• Performance bonus: TBC on the interview

• PC and full equipment provided

Relocation Package

• 2 weeks hotel accommodation + flight (within the EU)

• Airport pickup

• Real estate agency fee covered
