We are looking for Spanish Speaking Customer Support Representatives to join our team in Greece. The role requires excellent Spanish communication skills and a strong customer-focused approach.
Responsibilities:
Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
Provide professional and efficient customer support
Resolve customer issues in a timely manner
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
Document customer interactions in internal systems
Follow company procedures and quality standards
Requirements:
Spanish language proficiency at C1 level or higher
English proficiency at B2 level or higher
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Customer-focused mindset
Basic computer skills
Previous customer support experience is a plus, not mandatory
EU citizenship or valid Greek work permit required
