Job Description:

We are looking for Spanish Speaking Customer Support Representatives to join our team in Greece. The role requires excellent Spanish communication skills and a strong customer-focused approach.

Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
  • Provide professional and efficient customer support
  • Resolve customer issues in a timely manner
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
  • Document customer interactions in internal systems
  • Follow company procedures and quality standards

Requirements:

  • Spanish language proficiency at C1 level or higher
  • English proficiency at B2 level or higher
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Customer-focused mindset
  • Basic computer skills
  • Previous customer support experience is a plus, not mandatory
  • EU citizenship or valid Greek work permit required
