About the role

We are looking for a Dutch-speaking Customer Support Representative to join an international team based on-site in Lisbon. You will be responsible for delivering outstanding support and ensuring an excellent customer experience for Dutch-speaking customers.

Responsibilities

  • Provide customer support in Dutch via phone, email, and chat

  • Assist customers with inquiries, technical issues, and account-related questions

  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality

  • Accurately document interactions and resolutions in internal systems

  • Work closely with internal teams to resolve escalated cases

Requirements

  • Native or fluent Dutch (C1/C2 level)

  • Good level of English (B2 or higher)

  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills

  • Customer-focused mindset

  • Ability to work on-site in Lisbon

  • Previous customer support experience is a plus, but not mandatory
