We are looking for a Dutch-speaking Customer Support Representative to join an international team based on-site in Lisbon. You will be responsible for delivering outstanding support and ensuring an excellent customer experience for Dutch-speaking customers.
Provide customer support in Dutch via phone, email, and chat
Assist customers with inquiries, technical issues, and account-related questions
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality
Accurately document interactions and resolutions in internal systems
Work closely with internal teams to resolve escalated cases
Native or fluent Dutch (C1/C2 level)
Good level of English (B2 or higher)
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Customer-focused mindset
Ability to work on-site in Lisbon
Previous customer support experience is a plus, but not mandatory
