- Assist customers with inquiries, orders, and service-related issues.

- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions for service improvement.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance overall customer satisfaction.
- Adapt to various customer situations with professionalism and expertise.
Requirements
- Fluency in Finnish (both spoken and written) is required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Prior experience in customer service or support roles is preferred.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
- Willingness to relocate to Greece and adapt to a new culture.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Familiarity with customer service software is advantageous.
