Responsibilities
- Provide prompt and helpful responses to customer inquiries through phone, email, and chat in German.
- Assist customers with product questions, order tracking, and troubleshooting needs.
- Document customer interactions accurately in the CRM system for future reference.
- Effectively resolve customer complaints with a focus on maintaining satisfaction.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance service quality and customer experiences.
- Stay informed about our products, services, and policies to assist customers effectively.
- Collect and report customer feedback to help improve processes and services.
Requirements
- Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken.
- Prior experience in a customer service role is preferred, but not mandatory.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to foster positive relationships with customers.
- Ability to remain calm and professional in high-pressure situations.
- Proficiency in CRM software and other customer service tools.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as required.
