We're scaling Reach's financial infrastructure to power global e-commerce at a level of complexity most platforms never touch. This isn't a feature factory role—it's a technical product role where you'll own critical systems that process payments, manage FX exposure, enable treasury operations, and handle tax compliance across every jurisdiction we serve.
You'll work at the intersection of technical feasibility (with Engineering), regulatory constraints (with Legal and Compliance), financial operations (with Finance and Treasury), and business growth (with Sales and executive leadership). Your decisions determine how we scale our platform, and your technical judgment shapes what's possible.
This is a builder role. We have product-market fit and we're in scale-up mode. You'll optimize what we've built, modernize aging systems, and build new capabilities that unlock partnerships and revenue growth. The challenge isn't figuring out if customers want what we're building—it's figuring out how to deliver increasingly complex financial infrastructure at global scale.

You'll own the financial infrastructure that makes all of this possible. One day you're evaluating tax integration partners, the next you're implementing treasury systems with Finance, the next you're deciding which payment methods unlock growth in new markets. There's no shortage of lofty goals or interesting problems.
This role reports to the VP of Product and sits at the center of Reach's technical and operational engine. If you thrive on complexity, value autonomy, and want your technical judgment to directly shape how a company scales globally, this is the role.
