Join a global consumer services company as an Italian-speaking Customer Service Representative. Provide exceptional customer support remotely while receiving full paid training and relocation support (if relocating from the EU).
Serve as the first point of contact for customers of a world-renowned brand
Handle inquiries via phone, email, or chat in Italian
Solve customer issues with empathy and efficiency
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve queries
