About the Role

Join a global consumer services company as an Italian-speaking Customer Service Representative. Provide exceptional customer support remotely while receiving full paid training and relocation support (if relocating from the EU).

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the first point of contact for customers of a world-renowned brand

  • Handle inquiries via phone, email, or chat in Italian

  • Solve customer issues with empathy and efficiency

  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve queries

  • Become a product expert through a 10-day paid training program

Requirements

  • Italian C2 (written & spoken)

  • English B2

  • Strong communication and active listening skills

  • Team-oriented with a customer-first mindset

  • EU passport or valid Greek work permit
