Customer Service Representative

Salary: $1,200 - $1,500 USD/month

A rapidly growing, locally owned pest and wildlife control services company is seeking a highly organized and motivated Customer Service Representative to join its team.

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for customers and the voice of the brand. This role plays a key part in the organization’s success, with a focus on creating positive customer experiences through clear communication and excellent service. You will educate prospective customers, address their needs, and close sales, contributing directly to the company’s growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the first point of contact for existing customers, handling inquiries related to scheduling, billing, and issue resolution
  • Act as the first point of contact for new customers by educating prospects on services and pricing, clearly communicating company policies, and confidently converting inbound leads into new customers
  • Maintain accurate customer records and generate custom reports within the CRM system
  • Communicate regularly and effectively with field technicians, support staff, and supervisors to ensure smooth operations
  • Follow up on open inquiries, scheduled appointments, and unresolved issues to ensure timely resolution and high customer satisfaction
  • Adhere to internal processes, service standards, and response time expectations to deliver consistent, high-quality customer support

Requirements

  • Prior customer-facing experience is required; inbound sales experience is preferred but not required
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with strong time management abilities
  • Experience using CRM systems is required (Salesforce or ServiceTitan experience is a plus)
  • Highly detail-oriented with a strong desire to learn, help others, and take on new challenges confidently
  • Graphic design, social media, or marketing experience is a plus, but not required
  • Must have a reliable computer and a quiet, professional home workspace suitable for phone calls
  • Candidates must work exclusively in this role and cannot hold any other jobs during their employment.
