Location: Remote, Greece
Salary: €1,045.72/month (gross)
Bonus: Up to €150/month performance-based
Interview Deadline: 2026-01-28
Training Date: 2026-02-06 (11 full working days, fully paid)
Schedule: Monday–Sunday, 09:00–21:00 (rotational shifts)
Relocation Support (choose one):

  1. All expenses covered – flight, hotel, and real estate agency fee

  2. €250 relocation allowance + real estate agency fee (for independent relocation)

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide outstanding customer service via phone, email, and chat with professionalism and empathy.
  • Assist customers with product-related issues, troubleshooting, and warranty claims.
  • Offer accurate and clear product and service information to help customers make informed decisions.
  • Resolve customer complaints efficiently, ensuring a positive experience.
  • Collaborate with team members to escalate issues when needed, maintaining high service standards.
  • Participate in training and feedback sessions to continuously improve product knowledge and service skills.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • French (C2): Native-level fluency

  • English (B2): Intermediate communication skills

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

  • Customer-focused with a proactive attitude and problem-solving ability

  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment

  • Previous experience in customer service is a plus, but not mandatory

  • EU Citizenship, valid work permit, or Certificate of Protection for refugees
