In this role, you will assist clients with their inquiries related to data services, ensuring they receive accurate information and support in German.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries regarding data services, products, and account management via phone, email, and live chat in German.
• Provide technical support and guidance on data-related questions and issues.
• Assist customers with troubleshooting, service modifications, and account updates.
• Document all customer interactions accurately in the CRM system for efficient reporting.
• Collaborate with data management teams to enhance service delivery and resolve client concerns.
• Stay informed about industry developments and updates to provide clients with current information and best practices.

Requirements

• Fluency in German (both written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of English is an advantage.
• Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the data or technology sector.
• Strong communication skills with a focus on technical support and customer satisfaction.
• Proficient problem-solving skills and the ability to handle technical inquiries effectively.
• Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with CRM software and data management tools.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as necessary.
