Dutch Junior Account Manager – Live & Work in Spain

Job Description

Join our team Barcelona and support an exciting Digital Marketing Ads project. Were looking for Dutch-speaking talent to onboard high-potential companies, drive product adoption, and help clients grow through impactful PPC strategies.

Responsibilities

• Onboard new clients and build strong customer relationships.
• Develop and optimize high-performing PPC campaigns.
• Make outbound calls to promote services and identify client needs.
• Increase campaign spend through upselling and strategic guidance.
• Maintain accurate customer records and manage a high volume of daily calls.

Requirements

• BA/BS degree or equivalent experience.
• C2 Dutch + strong English.
• 2+ years in sales or marketing, ideally client-facing.
• Independent, results-driven, with strong communication and analytical skills.
• Experience with CRM, customer relationship management, and AI tools.
• Solid understanding of the Dutch market, business culture, and GDPR considerations.
