Key Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries related to online banking services, account management, and transactions via phone, email, and live chat in French.
• Assist customers with setting up new accounts, troubleshooting issues, and addressing any concerns.
• Provide accurate information on banking products, services, promotions, and compliance regulations.
• Document all customer interactions in the CRM system for effective tracking and follow-up.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues and enhance customer satisfaction.
• Stay updated on banking trends and policies to offer informed guidance to customers.

Requirements

• Fluency in French (both written and spoken) is essential; proficiency in English is advantageous.
• Previous experience in customer service, ideally within the banking or financial sector.
• Strong communication skills with a focus on building relationships and trust with customers.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and a customer-oriented mindset.
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a dynamic environment.
• Familiarity with banking software and CRM systems is a plus.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as required, and an openness to relocating to Greece for work.
