Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer support to Polish-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat regarding travel services and inquiries.
  • Assist customers with booking processes, travel information, and resolving any issues they might encounter.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to offer solutions and enhance customer experience.
  • Stay updated on travel industry trends, travel products, and company policies to provide informed support.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Polish (both spoken and written) is essential; knowledge of English is advantageous.
  • Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the travel or hospitality sector.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-oriented approach.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
  • Familiarity with customer service software and CRM systems is beneficial.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Willingness to relocate to Bulgaria and adapt to a new cultural environment.
