TTEC Digital is seeking a Solutions Engineer to join our growing AWS Contact Center practice. In this role, you'll be a key technical contributor supporting our pre-sales and go-to-market initiatives, developing customer-facing solutions, and enabling our delivery teams with reusable assets and accelerators.
This is a 100% remote role! Candidates must be willing to interview and work within US-based time zones for this full-time opportunity.
What You Will do:
Solution Development & Pre-Sales Support
Develop technical solutions and architecture diagrams for customer proposals and RFP responses
Create Statements of Work (SOWs) that translate business requirements into actionable technical delivery plans
Support RFP/RFI responses with technical content, solution narratives, and validating responses
Collaborate with Solutions Architects to refine and validate solution designs
Enablement & Documentation
Produce technical documentation, solution guides, and best practice content
Create go-to-market collateral including solution briefs, technical white papers, and presentation materials
Maintain our internal knowledge base of AWS contact center solutions and integration patterns for use in our RFP
What You Will Bring:
5+ years of experience in technical pre-sales, solutions engineering, or contact center consulting
Hands-on experience with Amazon Connect and AWS services (Lambda, Lex, S3, DynamoDB, CloudFormation/CDK)
Experience with contact center platforms (Genesys, Avaya, Cisco, Five9, or similar)
Proven ability to create technical architecture diagrams using tools like Lucidchart, draw.io, or AWS Architecture icons
Strong technical writing skills with experience developing SOWs, RFP responses, or technical proposals
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
Preferred Qualifications
AWS Certifications (Solutions Architect, Developer, or specialty certifications)
Experience with CTI integrations (Salesforce, ServiceNow, Microsoft Dynamics)
Familiarity with IaC tools (Terraform, CloudFormation, CDK)
Experience building demos or POCs for enterprise customers
Knowledge of AI/ML services for contact centers (Lex, Bedrock, Transcribe, Comprehend)
