Sales Manager (Telemarketing & Email Campaigns)

Location: Full-Time | Remote

We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager to lead and manage a remote sales group focused on telemarketing and email outreach. This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, results-driven, and comfortable managing sales operations using CRM tools.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and lead a remote sales team
• Oversee telemarketing and email sales campaigns
• Track leads, pipelines, and performance using HubSpot CRM
• Develop and improve sales processes and scripts
• Monitor KPIs and ensure sales targets are met
• Train, motivate, and support sales team members

Requirements

• Proven experience in sales management, telemarketing, and email sales
• Strong hands-on experience with HubSpot CRM (required)
• Fluent English (spoken and written)
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Ability to work independently in a remote, full-time role
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
