Job Summary

We are seeking a results-driven and people-focused Sales Manager to lead and scale our sales team. This role is responsible for driving revenue growth, building a high-performing SaaS sales function, and developing strategies that align with ShiftCare’s expansion goals. The ideal candidate brings strong SaaS sales experience, a data-driven mindset, and a leadership style that inspires accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of sales representatives to consistently meet and exceed revenue targets
  • Design and execute scalable SaaS sales strategies across inbound and outbound channels
  • Monitor and optimize the sales pipeline, forecasting accuracy, and conversion metrics
  • Establish clear KPIs and performance standards, ensuring team accountability and growth
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Customer Success, and Product teams to improve the customer journey
  • Identify market opportunities and refine positioning to drive competitive advantage
  • Drive a high-performance culture through coaching, feedback, and ongoing professional development
  • Implement and optimize CRM and sales tools to enhance team productivity and reporting

Requirements

  • Must-have: Proven experience in SaaS sales, with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding targets
  • Demonstrated experience managing and scaling high-performing sales teams
  • Strong understanding of SaaS metrics (e.g., ARR, MRR, CAC, LTV, conversion rates)
  • Excellent leadership skills with a coaching-first, empowering leadership style
  • Data-driven decision maker with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)
