Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Fluency in Dutch, both verbally and in writing; proficiency in English is also required.
  • Experience in customer support or related fields is an advantage.
  • Strong communication skills and a positive attitude towards helping customers.
  • Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and online retail practices is beneficial.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in using customer support software and standard office applications.
  • Flexibility to work varied hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
