Requirements

Fluency in Italian (both written and verbal); knowledge of English is advantageous.
No previous customer service experience required; ideal for recent graduates or those looking to transition careers.
Strong communication skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
Detail-oriented with solid organizational capabilities.
Able to thrive in a remote working environment, demonstrating self-discipline and motivation.
Basic computer literacy and competence with digital communication tools.

Candidates must be eligible to work remotely from Greece.
