We’re looking for a District Sales Manager  to lead and inspire our sales team while fostering a winning culture rooted in our core values:

As the District Sales Manager, you’ll report directly to the Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) and oversee a team of Account Executives spanning the Central and Pacific time zones. Your role will involve driving sales performance, mentoring account executives, collaborating across teams to deliver exceptional results, and fostering a strong sense of team morale. 

What You’ll Do

  • Lead with Passion: Inspire your team to achieve sales goals by fostering a culture of accountability, motivation, and continuous improvement.
  • Develop Sales Talent: Mentor and groom account executives to excel in deal qualification (MEDDPICC preferred), value-based selling, negotiation strategy and pipeline velocity. 
  • Drive Results: Roll up your sleeves and work closely with your team to qualify opportunities, guide deals through the pipeline and close business, ultimately meeting or exceeding revenue targets
  • Foster a Self-Sourcing Culture: Encourage proactive pipeline generation and empower your team to leverage productivity tools and data-driven insights for success.
  • Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with marketing, operations, and other peers to align strategies and achieve organizational outcomes.

Be a Change Agent: Drive transformation by championing new strategies, fostering alignment across teams and ensuring seamless adoption of change initiatives 

  • Analyze and Act: Use tools like Clari, Gong, Outreach, ZoomInfo, Sales Navigator, and 6Sense to identify pipeline opportunities and risks while tracking market trends.
  • Represent Automox: Be a brand ambassador who promotes our solutions and builds strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.

What You Bring to the Table

  • Experience: 3-5 years of sales management in a technical sales environment, with SaaS, IT solutions, or cybersecurity experience being a strong plus.
  • Passion for Winning: A proven track record of driving team performance and meeting or exceeding sales goals.
  • Leadership Skills: Ability to motivate and inspire a remote and distributed workforce, creating a cohesive and high-performing team.
  • Sales Expertise: A knack for deal qualification and value-based selling, with an eye for driving pipeline velocity and consistent forecasting.
  • Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in leveraging a tech stack for productivity, forecasting, and pipeline analytics to drive all aspects of the sales process 
  • Customer-Centric Mindset: Dedication to understanding customer needs and delivering solutions that drive success.
  • Adaptability: A nimble approach to leadership, embracing change and adapting to the dynamic needs of a growing organization.

LOCATION

We are a fully distributed company of remote workers with concentrated hubs in Austin, TX, Tampa, FL, and Boulder, CO. We are in the process of establishing small collaboration spaces in these locations to provide opportunities for in-person discussions and team building when needed.

The range listed is the on target earning (OTE) potential. OTE is a mix of base pay and variable pay earned based on meeting sale's goals. In addition to OTE our compensation package includes equity and variety of great benefits. Actual earnings may be less or more depending on a candidate's direct experience, skills, industry knowledge, and location. Details of the OTE split will be shared during the interview process.
