Job Description

As a Recruiter or Senior Recruiter, you will manage a portfolio of searches that fit your skillset. Voleon is growing across all functions and business lines, and we have a wide variety of needs (see our https://voleon.com/jobs/ for a sampling). You will engage, develop, and close candidates through the full life-cycle of our rigorous process. To bring in talent at our quality bar, all Voleon Recruiters invest significant attention to outbound sourcing. You will be a trusted partner for hiring managers and own the goal of delivering on their talent needs. This role is a means to make a difference: your efforts will help shape the future of our growing organization.



Responsibilities
  • Partner closely with hiring managers to support their growth efforts 
  • Ensure we’re meeting our hiring goals and exceptionally high quality standards in a sustainable and diligent manner
  • Contribute to sourcing a rich pipeline of rarified talent
  • Manage the offer process and develop effective closing strategies
  • Own the candidate experience and make it a positive and memorable journey, even for candidates who do not join us
  • Maintain and improve a high-performance recruiting process tuned to delivering outstanding quality of hire in an efficient, organized manner
  • Develop and share institutional knowledge / insight around talent markets and effective recruiting practices and content for Voleon
  • Lead various projects to improve our recruiting efforts overall

  • Requirements
  • At least five years of talent acquisition experience with demonstrated expertise in sourcing and full-cycle recruitment of top talent
  • Excellent client management skills with a history of developing customized, consultative relationships with a variety of stakeholders
  • Track record of making substantial contributions at the team level, including mentorship, process improvement, and contributions to institutional knowledge and recruiting content
  • Eagerness to work with diverse, highly talented teams
  • Bachelor’s degree (a plus)
  • Authorization to work in the United States

  • Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience recruiting AI/ML technical talent or experience with financy industry role families
  • Experience recruiting for startups or companies without an established consumer brand
