MeanPug Digital is looking for a Recruiter to fully own our Talent Acquisition System (TAS) and manage recruiting end-to-end across multiple roles—content editors, strategists, developers, designers, and account executives. This is a hands-on role where you keep the pipeline moving, ensure candidates are properly screened, and maintain a high standard for talent entering the organization.
This is not a role buried under bureaucracy. We’re a small team, and the recruiter is the engine that keeps hiring efficient, organized, and consistently improving.
Requirements
• Some hands-on experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruiting (internal or agency).
• Experience managing a hiring pipeline or ATS/TAS system (Airtable, Greenhouse, Workable, etc.).
• Strong screening instincts—able to quickly identify red flags or standout signals.
• Comfortable coordinating multiple open roles at once.
• Clear communicator with high responsiveness and organization.
• Someone who enjoys the actual craft of candidate evaluation—not just admin work.
You do not need decades of experience. You simply need to know how to run a recruiting pipeline and keep it moving with discipline and consistency.
