As a Product Manager, you’ll lead the full lifecycle of client software builds from kickoff to launch. This is a high-ownership, multidisciplinary role where you’ll act as a product strategist, UX thinker, and client partner.
What You’ll Do
Manage product builds end-to-end: run kickoff calls, gather requirements, define MVPs, and oversee delivery.
Transform client ideas into clear product specs, wireframes, and UX flows.
Assess technical feasibility and make smart tradeoff decisions between complexity, speed, and quality.
Coordinate between clients, engineers, and AI systems to keep projects on track.
Collect and prioritize client feedback to refine product iterations.
Ensure clients feel supported and engaged throughout the build process.
Contribute to improving tools, systems, and workflows as the company scales.
Requirements
3+ years of experience as a Product Manager, Product Owner, or Solutions Architect in a tech company, agency, or startup.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects or clients simultaneously.
Strong understanding of how software is built — including APIs, databases, and front-end/back-end logic.
Solid grasp of UX design principles and the ability to create wireframes or user flows.
Excellent communication and client-facing skills, with the ability to manage expectations and build trust.
Experience working with AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Copilot, Midjourney) is a plus.
Comfortable working in ambiguity and fast-paced, evolving environments.
Advanced English proficiency; prior experience with U.S. clients or teams preferred.
