Key Responsibilities:

  • Market Expansion: Identify and capitalise on new business opportunities in Southern Europe, driving the adoption of Photon Sports Technologies’ solutions.
  • Relationship Management: Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, including sports clubs, physiotherapists, coaches, and distributors.
  • Sales Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive regional sales strategy, achieving sales targets and growing market share.
  • Client Education: Conduct product demonstrations and training sessions for clients, showcasing the value of Photon Sports Technologies’ offerings.
  • Partnership Development: Negotiate and manage partnerships with regional distributors and key influencers in the sports technology space.
  • Market Analysis: Monitor market trends, competitors, and customer feedback to identify areas for growth and improvement.

Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Experience: Minimum five years in a sales or business development role, preferably in sports technology or related industries.
  • Knowledge: Strong understanding of Southern Europe's sports and performance technology landscape.
  • Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Languages: Fluent in English and at least one primary language spoken in Southern Europe (e.g., Spanish, Italian, French).
  • Travel: Willingness to travel across Southern Europe for client meetings and industry events.
