This innovative company enables international small and medium-sized enterprises to select, create, implement, and manage their local teams in Croatia.

With headquarters in Croatia and a global client base, they specialize in providing critical data and insights that drive business decisions, predominantly in the FMCG, retail, and financial services sectors.

As an Outbound Sales Executive, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth by identifying and engaging potential clients, presenting solutions, and fostering strong client relationships.

Your tasks on the position:

• Conduct outbound sales calls and use LinkedIn to connect with potential clients, identifying new business opportunities
• Build and maintain a pipeline of leads, ensuring prompt follow-up to maximize conversions
• Implement sales strategies to exceed targets, collaborating with sales and marketing teams
• Analyze sales metrics and provide insights to improve strategies
• Stay updated on industry trends to stay competitive
• Continuously refine sales tactics to adapt to market changes

Requirements

• English С1+ is mandatory, additional languages are an advantage
• 2+ years in outbound sales or a related role, working with B2B clients
• Proficiency in using LinkedIn and other digital tools for lead generation
• Preferred experience in sales roles within Software/SaaS companies
• Proven track record of consistently achieving sales targets
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
