The Data Services Analyst owns the fast lane for data requests—handling extracts, quick-turn analyses, and triage to keep the queue moving. By resolving ad-hoc asks, enforcing intake standards, and scaling repeat work into reusable assets, you’ll help the wider team deliver roadmap projects faster, and with higher quality.
You’ll operate within defined SLAs, maintain consistency across tools and processes, and use AI to handle simpler queries while escalating complex analysis to senior analysts. Over time, you’ll help train, refine, and maintain our AI knowledge base to make insights faster and more accessible across the business.
