Own end-to-end responsibility for one of our main metrics, driving product strategy, roadmap, and execution;
Lead a dedicated cross-functional squad (data, design, engineering, clinical) to rapidly ideate, build, and iterate on solutions;
Use AI as the foundation, not an add-on to reinvent how members access care;
Drive rapid, data-informed trade-off decisions, balancing speed of iteration with quality and impact;
Champion a holistic, member-first perspective, ensuring cohesive experiences across programs;
Shipfast, experiment constantly, and learn quickly, proving impact every step of the way;
Communicate progress, learnings, and strategic recommendations clearly to leadership and cross-functional partners;
What you need to have:
Proven expertise: 5+ years of experience, of which 3+ in product management of consumer facing digital products, ideally in a B2C space, with a proven track record of shipping stellar products that drive business growth.
User-first mindset: Ability to translate complexity into simple, intuitive, and cohesive user experiences.
Outcome orientation: Relentless focus on metrics and results, with fluency in KPIs like activation, engagement, and retention.
AI fluency: Practical understanding of how AI tools (not just chatGPT conversations) can accelerate product development, experimentation, and value delivery.
