Key Responsibilities 🎯

  • Developing sales channels and executing go-to-market strategies
  • Optimizing and executing outreach processes, including initial outreach, cold calling, and email campaigns
  • Supporting sales operations through pipeline management, deal structuring, and sales enablement
  • Reporting to and working closely with our CEO to drive growth initiatives and optimize revenue processes
  • Being a core contributor to reach all of our 750 customers (DSOs) in Germany

Requirements

Skills & experience you will need 💪

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Operations, Marketing, or a related field
  • 2+ years of experience in sales execution, revenue operations, or a similar role
  • Proven ability to manage CRM systems and analyze data to drive revenue growth
  • Strong understanding of sales processes and experience working closely with sales teams to optimize performance
  • Experience with data analysis and revenue forecasting to support business decisions
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
  • Fluent in both English and German

  • Hands-on experience with creating or optimizing complex sales offerings or go-to-market strategies
  • Understanding of international market dynamics, including compliance, local customer behaviors, and adapting sales strategies for different regions.
  • Fluent in French
