Role Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Follow up with leads from the company’s website and social media platforms.
  • Handle phone calls comfortably and professionally.
  • Manage email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and convert them into customers.
  • Proactively suggest lead generation strategies to help grow the business.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in lead generation and follow-up, preferably in a virtual environment.
  • Strong communication skills via phone and email.
  • Experience with email marketing tools (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot).
  • Ability to work independently and manage tasks efficiently.
