• Deliver exceptional customer service to Dutch-speaking clients through various channels including phone, email, and chat.
• Assist customers with inquiries related to telecommunications products and services such as mobile plans, billing, and troubleshooting.
• Handle complaints and technical issues with professionalism and efficiency, ensuring a positive customer experience.
• Educate customers about the features and benefits of different services to enhance their overall satisfaction.
• Keep up-to-date with the latest industry trends, company updates, and product offerings.
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and feedback for ongoing service improvements.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues and fulfill customer needs effectively.

Requirements

• Fluency in Dutch and English, both written and spoken.
• Experience in customer service, preferably in the telecommunications or technology sector.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and provide clear guidance to customers.
• Proficiency in customer service software and Microsoft Office applications.
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
• Enthusiasm for the telecommunications industry and a desire to assist customers effectively.
