• Respond to customer inquiries via live chat, email, or ticketing systems.
• Communicate product features and provide clear troubleshooting steps.
• Escalate technical issues to operations or the tech team when needed.
• Track customer issues and follow up to ensure resolution.
• Monitor internal alerts and assist with operational tasks.
• Update internal documentation and flag recurring problems.
• Collaborate closely with the operations and product teams.

Requirements

• Years of Experience: 1+ year in a customer support or chat-based service role (preferably in SaaS).
• Background: Strong written and spoken English skills; background in customer service, operations, or tech support is preferred.
• Tools and Software: Familiarity with SaaS tools like Zendesk, Intercom, or similar support systems; comfort using online collaboration tools like Slack, Notion, or Google Workspace.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of handling multiple conversations simultaneously.
• Proactive problem-solver who stays calm under pressure.
