Role Overview:
We are seeking an innovative and self-motivated Senior Graphic Designer who thrives in a fast-paced e-commerce environment. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of creating compelling and high-converting graphic content for e-commerce and Amazon marketplaces. This role is pivotal in shaping our brands' visual identity and optimizing graphic assets to drive customer engagement and conversion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute creative design concepts for various projects, including Amazon product listing images, A+ Content, storefront designs, website UI, and product packaging.
- Conduct in-depth creative research to identify emerging design trends and inspiration from competitors and industry leaders.
- Optimize designs specifically for Amazon to maximize conversions, ensuring all graphics effectively communicate product features and brand identity.
- Collaborate closely with marketing, brand management, and design teams to deliver high-quality designs that align with brand standards and strategic goals.
- Create detailed visual content, including illustrations, infographics, and digital assets for multiple platforms (Amazon, social media, websites).
- Review and refine designs to ensure accuracy, brand consistency, and compliance with Amazon guidelines.
- Lead brainstorming sessions and present innovative design ideas to management and cross-functional teams.
- Provide constructive feedback and guidance to junior designers to maintain high design standards.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Visual Arts, Graphic Design, or related field.
- 3-5 years of experience as a Senior Graphic Designer or similar role in an e-commerce or digital marketing environment.
- Proven experience creating high-converting graphic content for Amazon, including product listing images, A+ content, and storefronts.
- Strong portfolio showcasing e-commerce design experience, particularly on Amazon, Walmart, or similar platforms.
- Expertise in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop), Figma, and Canva.
- In-depth knowledge of design principles, styles, and best practices for e-commerce and digital marketing.
- Strong understanding of branding and ability to create designs that reflect the brand's personality and values.
