About the Job
As a Technical Product Manager at Keeper Security, you will lead the development of Keeper Secrets Manager and our innovative passkey and password-less authentication solutions. Collaborating with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, marketing, and sales, you’ll define product requirements, prioritize the roadmap, and guide the execution to deliver secure and seamless products. You will also work closely with the CTO to align product strategies with the company's vision and evangelize Keeper’s security solutions at industry events, webinars, and through thought leadership.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with all stakeholders, including engineering, design, marketing, sales, and senior leadership to define product requirements and ensure alignment on goals for launching new products and features focused on passkeys and password-less authentication.
- Drive the execution rhythm in partnership with engineering, guiding planning sessions, prioritizing the product roadmap, and leading daily standups to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of product features.
- Conduct thorough research and engage with customers, partners, and internal teams to gather insights, determine requirements, and identify market opportunities for product enhancements related to passkeys and secure authentication solutions.
- Represent the company at industry conferences, webinars, and other events, evangelizing the benefits of passkeys, FIDO2, and password-less technologies, while building brand recognition and thought leadership.
- Author comprehensive product documentation, create product demos, write blog posts, and develop sales readiness materials to support product launches, marketing efforts, and internal training on passkey and security-related topics.
- Cultivate strong working relationships across the organization to foster collaboration and drive customer success, particularly in aligning the technical product vision with user needs and business goals.
- Measure and evaluate product performance against key metrics (e.g., adoption, security improvements, customer satisfaction) and assess the overall business impact, using insights to inform future product iterations and enhancements
Requirements
- 5+ years of product management experience, particularly in security, SaaS, or enterprise software, with a focus on authentication and identity management.
- Demonstrated experience in launching and scaling security-focused products, especially in passwordless technologies, passkeys, or secrets management.
- Strong understanding of passkeys, WebAuthn, FIDO2, and related authentication protocols, with the ability to translate technical concepts into business value.
- Proven experience working effectively with engineering, UX design, compliance, and sales teams, aligning technical execution with business strategy.
- Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and experience leading Agile teams, with an ability to balance technical execution with strategic goals.
- Exceptional communication skills, including the ability to present complex technical topics to both technical and non-technical audiences, and to evangelize the product externally
