Role Overview:

As a Digital Marketer and Social Media Manager, you will lead the creation, curation, and execution of compelling content strategies that amplify our client's online presence and engage its target audience. This role focuses heavily on LinkedIn content creation while eventually expanding to other platforms, making it ideal for someone with proven LinkedIn expertise who is ready to make a measurable impact in the real estate and rental market industry.

Your Impact:

Your efforts will directly enhance the brand visibility and engagement on LinkedIn, helping build a strong, active community of renters, landlords, and industry stakeholders. You will play a key role in establishing our client as a thought leader in the rental industry while contributing to measurable growth in audience size, engagement rates, and overall online presence.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Content Strategy & Creation
    • Develop and execute a LinkedIn-focused content calendar aligned with the brand voice and marketing goals.
    • Create high-quality, engaging content for LinkedIn, including posts, visuals, and storytelling copy.
    • Produce graphics, videos, and animations that resonate with the target audience.
  2. Platform Management & Growth
    • Manage LinkedIn presence with consistent posting and proactive engagement.
    • Develop strategies to grow followers, increase engagement rates, and amplify community reach.
    • Stay updated on LinkedIn algorithms, trends, and best practices to optimize content performance.
  3. Analytics & Reporting
    • Track LinkedIn performance metrics to evaluate content success and inform strategy.
    • Prepare weekly and monthly reports with actionable insights for ongoing optimization.

Must-Have:

  • 3+ years of experience managing social media content, with proven expertise on LinkedIn.
  • Strong copywriting and storytelling skills to create engaging LinkedIn content.
  • SEO proficiency.
  • Experience with design tools such as FIGMA, Canva and Adobe CC to develop polished, visually compelling posts.
  • Proficiency in social media analytics tools to track and report on performance metrics.
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to meet deadlines consistently.

Nice-to-Have:

  • Experience managing social media content for startups or within the real estate/rental industry.
  • Previous collaboration with design and marketing teams for multi-channel campaigns.
  • Familiarity with ad campaign strategy and execution.
