What You’ll Do
Campaign Strategy and Planning
- Partner with account strategists to understand client goals, target audiences, and KPIs.
- Develop tailored strategies for direct response, retargeting, prospecting, video action, and awareness campaigns.
- Optimize budget allocation across targeting, creative assets, and campaign objectives to maximize performance and ROI.
Campaign Execution and Optimization
- Set up and manage YouTube ad campaigns using advanced targeting and bidding strategies.
- Monitor key metrics such as CPV, CTR, conversion rates, and ROAS to make data-driven adjustments.
- Conduct A/B testing of video creatives, formats, and CTAs to identify scalable strategies.
- Scale campaigns effectively while maintaining profitability and achieving client KPIs.
Sandbox Testing and Innovation
- Allocate 10% of budgets to test new strategies, creative approaches, and audience targeting techniques.
- Experiment with emerging ad formats (e.g., YouTube Shorts, non-skippable ads) and messaging angles.
- Analyze results from sandbox tests and integrate winning strategies into live campaigns.
Creative Collaboration
- Partner with video producers and scriptwriters to create high-impact, performance-driven ad assets.
- Provide data-backed creative briefs to guide the development of ad content.
- Offer actionable feedback to optimize video performance based on analytics.
Performance Reporting and Analysis
- Deliver detailed reports on campaign performance, including insights and recommendations.
- Conduct post-campaign analyses to measure success and inform future strategies.
- Present performance updates to clients and internal stakeholders.
Budget Management
- Strategically allocate and optimize ad spends exceeding $100,000 monthly.
- Manage testing budgets and ensure alignment with overall campaign goals.
- Forecast spending needs based on historical data and industry trends.
Collaboration and Communication
- Act as a liaison between account managers, creative teams, and analytics experts.
- Provide regular updates on campaign progress, challenges, and performance optimizations.
- Work closely with clients to align on goals, strategies, and deliverables.
Industry Expertise
- Stay informed about YouTube Ads platform updates, Google Ads advancements, and emerging trends.
- Explore new tools and features to maintain a competitive edge.
- Participate in relevant training or certifications to refine your skills.
What You’ll Bring
Technical Expertise

Campaign Experience
- Proven success managing multiple high-budget accounts with measurable outcomes.

Qualifications
- Experience: 3–5 years managing YouTube or video ad campaigns with budgets of $100,000+.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field (preferred).
- Certifications: Google Ads Video Certification and Google Analytics 4 Certification (preferred).
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Achievement of KPIs per account (e.g., ROAS, CPA, CTR).
- Successful implementation and outcomes from sandbox testing campaigns.
- Efficient campaign scaling while maintaining ROI goals.
- Improvements in creative performance and client satisfaction.
