Job Description
This position is a part of the Client Services department of Simpluris, a Legal Administrator that delivers comprehensive legal, financial, and corporate administration services to law firms, banks, agencies, and businesses in need of complex project fulfillment. Project Managers ("PMs") are the face of Simpluris operations to our clients. Internally, they coordinate with sales, data services, software development, contact center, disbursements, claims analysts and a host of other personnel to ensure project deliverables are met. This position may oversee one or more Project Coordinators in the Client Services department. A PM must meet critical client requirements, be able to manage multiple competing priorities and personalities, and communicate swiftly and effectively.

Job Responsibilities
- Draft project related documents to include but not limited to: timelines, SOWs, change orders, website content and FAQs, contact center agent scripting, court declarations, claimant notices and letters, and internal procedures for various operational groups.
- Research client and claimant inquiries and communicate findings with clients, claimants, and/or other operational departments. Identify and communicate, as appropriate, any process issues with project teams and other operational departments.
- Provide detailed project reporting, perform analysis and quality control of ALL client reports.
- Foster good working relationships with operational groups to ensure clear lines of communication as it relates to project execution and project deliverables.
- Identify risks and immediately escalate to the Project Director/CS project manager, along with proposed solutions, if necessary.
- Provide timely and accurate budget/estimate review and management; monthly revenue forecasting; and monthly invoice review.
- Delegate the above-referenced project tasks to supporting Project Coordinator, as needed.
- Other duties as assigned.
Experience
- 3+ year work relevant experience with direct client/customer contact in a professional environment. Preferred experience with legal notice and/or settlement administration.
- Excellent verbal and written communication with critical thinking skills and the ability to efficiently gather and process information quickly.
- Experience with MS Office Suite, specifically Word, Excel and Outlook.
