Job Description

Pactum is looking for an enthusiastic and driven Revenue Operations Manager to join our team. The position will primarily support the Sales and Marketing teams, be a partner to Finance, and be the right hand on operations, process, and data to the Chief Revenue Officer. This role will manage and administer critical business systems for Pactum and develop, trend, and provide insight into key company processes and metrics to help guide our business decision making.

We are looking for someone who will:

Own Sales and Marketing Operations: 

  • Focus on business and revenue operational activities, strategic planning and sales optimization
  • Facilitate forecast management excellence to ensure sustained, predictable growth across all business units
  • Partner with sales, finance, and marketing to develop periodic KPIs, report on them and drive meaningful data insights and implement new processes

Own Systems and Data Operations: 

  • Own and develop Pactum’s instance of Salesforce.com, Outreach, and marketing automation plus integrate with current and future processes and sales enablement tools
  • Build dashboards and perform ad hoc analysis to identify trends among KPIs and metrics
  • Manage sales enablement curriculum and metrics
  • Ensure accurate customer and prospect data along with revenue and billing information and perform routine database maintenance
  • Provide training and support to sales and marketing users, document key processes, and maintain system updates

You are likely to succeed if you…

  • Have 3-5 years of proven success in a directly related role in a company with Enterprise sales cycles
  • Salesforce certified administrator / Salesforce advanced administrator certification or equivalent experience
  • Are a Google Suite power user and proficient intranet administration including Confluence
  • Have familiarity with sales automation tools (ZoomInfo, Sales Navigator, etc.)
  • Have excellent project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
  • Are detail oriented with a key eye for data / information  accuracy
  • Can effectively communicate and collaborate with executive members
  • Have strong work ethic, intellectual curiosity and ability to adapt to a growing / dynamic business environment
  • Are able to initiate and drive projects to completion with minimal guidance
  • Have strong presentation and communication skills
  • Are located on the east coast or are an early bird if you’re further west

Compensation details:

At Pactum, we pay competitive salaries to ensure that our employees know they are valued. We set standard ranges for all of our positions benchmarked against companies in similar stages of growth and revenue, dependent on job function, expertise level, academic achievements, and geographic location.

The compensation for this role is $130,000-$150,000 including company equity.
