Marketing Operations Manager- Contract

Job Description

Anteriad is a global leader in full-funnel B2B marketing data and services, trusted by companies such as IBM, Microsoft, Forbes, SHRM, ezCater, and Lenovo to produce significant ROI multiples for their marketing. Our marketing team is close-knit, fun, and highly collaborative. We’re looking for a dynamic Marketing Operations Contractor to join us for 3 months to help optimize and support our marketing execution and measurement with the potential to transition to a permanent position. 

You will support the full marketing team, including the CMO. You will be responsible for managing campaign operations, providing analytics and reporting support, and identifying opportunities to streamline processes and improve efficiency. You will be directing the activities of a campaign operations contractor to ensure on-time and accurate delivery of all campaigns. 

What You'll Do: 

  • HubSpot: Utilize your HubSpot background to support the marketing team, ensuring effective campaign execution and optimization. 
  • Project Management: Oversee marketing projects using Monday.com, ensuring timelines are met and teams are aligned. 
  • Analytics & Reporting: Lead analytics efforts, generate insights, and provide regular reporting to key stakeholders. 
  • Campaign Operations: Manage campaign setup, execution, and optimization, ensuring best practices are followed for lead generation, nurturing, and conversion. 
  • BDR Support: Provide analytics support for the BDR function, including performance tracking and reporting. 
  • Efficiency Optimization: Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency across marketing campaigns. 
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to ensure smooth operations and alignment. 
  • Guidance for Existing Contractor: Manage and support our current campaign operations contractor to ensure on-time and accurate delivery of all campaigns. 
  • Preparation for Next Year: Help prepare for the upcoming year by analyzing current operations, recommending improvements, and ensuring readiness for future campaigns. 
  • Utilization of AI: You’ll have access to ChatGPT Teams and Microsoft Co-pilot (and features available in HubSpot and other martech) to support your use of AI to optimize and improve operations. 

What You'll Bring:

  • HubSpot Expert: Strong background in HubSpot, particularly with campaign management, reporting, and automation. 
  • Project Management: Experience with project management tools like Monday.com, with a proven ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines. 
  • Analytics and Reporting Expertise: Ability to dive into data and extract actionable insights to guide marketing and sales teams. 
  • Campaign Operations: Demonstrated success in running marketing campaigns from setup to optimization, with a focus on performance. 
  • Problem Solving: Strong ability to identify and solve inefficiencies in marketing operations. 
  • Team Player: A collaborative mindset with the ability to work across different functions and levels within the organization. 
  • Self-Starter: Ability to hit the ground running and make an immediate impact with minimal oversight. 
  • Manager: Able to direct and manage a campaign operations specialist 
  • AI: You enjoy leaning into using AI to augment your expertise and increase your productivity.
