Job Description
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams, ensuring effective collaboration, clear communication, and task delegation.
  • Project coordination for different teams (building and tracking project plans) 
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define project goals, objectives, and deliverables. Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets. 
  • Coordinate and lead cross-functional teams, ensuring effective collaboration, clear communication, and task delegation.  
  • Identify project risks, develop risk mitigation strategies, and implement contingency plans as needed. 
  • Monitor project progress and ensure all deliverables meet quality standards and client requirements. 
  • Prepare and present regular project status reports to senior management and stakeholders. Keep all relevant parties informed about the project's progress. 
  • Monitor project schedules and milestones to ensure projects are completed on time. Implement necessary adjustments to meet deadlines. 
  • Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project plans, schedules, and project-related communication. 
  • Prepare reports and presentations.  
  • Support the Marketing team in campaign-related activities.


Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Social Sciences, Economics, Law, etc. International University is a plus.
  • Fluent in English (C2) - verbal and written. Other languages would be a plus.  
  • 2-3 years of experience in Project Coordination positions, ideally working with international teams. 
  • Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills.
  • Team player with high level of accountability and attention to detail (excellence).  
  • Human Capital or consulting sector experience is a plus but not a must-have requirement.
