Job Description
We are seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist to assist our team in implementing strategies to drive user acquisition, engagement, and retention. The ideal candidate will be organized, analytical, and have a strong interest in growth marketing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in setting up and managing A/B tests to evaluate the effectiveness of different strategies, including variations in ad copy, landing pages, and user flows.
- Support the creation of marketing content and creative assets for various campaigns.
- Analyze growth metrics to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for improvement.
- Prepare regular reports on growth metrics, campaign performance, and other key indicators.
- Assist in managing marketing budgets, including allocation, tracking, and reporting on spend across different campaigns.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in a marketing role.
- Understanding of digital marketing channels and strategies.
- Proficiency in marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot, Marketo).
- Knowledge of SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media marketing.
- Knowledge of Lifecycle Email
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
- Ability to work during U.S. work hours (PT/ ET).
