Your expertise will be pivotal in guiding clients through their digital transformation journeys.
Responsibilities
- Provide consultancy services to Italian-speaking clients, specializing in IT solutions tailored to their business requirements.
- Conduct needs assessments to identify client goals and recommend appropriate IT strategies.
- Lead product demonstrations and training sessions to ensure clients effectively utilize the recommended IT solutions.
- Collaborate with technical teams to ensure seamless implementation and integration of IT services.
- Develop strong relationships with clients, fostering trust and ensuring ongoing satisfaction with services.
- Stay updated on the latest IT trends and technologies to provide informed recommendations to clients.
- Assist clients with troubleshooting and resolving any technology-related issues.
Requirements
- Fluency in Italian and English, both written and spoken.
- Experience in a consulting, IT support, or customer-facing role focused on IT solutions.
- Strong knowledge of IT systems, software solutions, and current technology trends.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on client satisfaction.
- Self-motivated with effective time management skills, especially in a remote work environment.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
