Role Overview: As the Digital Marketing Operations & Executive Support Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving operational excellence and providing executive support within our digital marketing team. You will work closely with senior management to streamline operations, manage projects, and ensure smooth day-to-day business operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operational Excellence: Develop and implement efficient processes to optimize digital marketing operations, including SEO, PPC, social media, content creation, and analytics.
- Project Management: Coordinate and oversee digital marketing projects from inception to completion, ensuring deadlines are met and deliverables exceed client expectations.
- Executive Support: Provide high-level administrative support to senior executives, including managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and handling confidential correspondence.
