Job Description
OJ Digital Solutions is seeking a motivated and experienced Graphic Designer to join our 100% remote team as a contract / per-task based role.
We will generally be needing these types of tasks (no need to know how to do them all)
- Taking product images and turning it into high-quality lifestyle images or infographics that will be used mainly for Amazon and other ecommerce platforms.
- Create packaging designs
- Create logo/branding designs
- Print design (flyers, brochures, business cards, book covers, etc.)
- Web and UI/UX Design
IMPORTANT NOTE: You don't need to know how to do all of the above, as we can assign tasks depending on your expertise.
TRAINING WILL BE PROVIDED.

Requirements
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Proficiency in graphic design software, such as Adobe Creative Suite (Figma is a big plus)
- At least 3 years of graphic design experience
- Must be creative, can come up with ideas without too detailed instructions
- Must be a self-starter, can take initiative, and work without supervision
- Excellent Written English (No typos!)
- Must have good communication skills and the ability to proactively communicate
- Must be committed, focused, detail-oriented and professional
- Ability to understand what the client expects and apply to the designs
- Strong interpersonal skills to work harmoniously with other professionals
Benefits
Set-up & compensation:
- Fully remote
- Flexible in terms of assignments (we can assign as much as you can handle)
- We're looking for these rates (can discuss further once you're onboarded)
- For product infographics: $5-$7 per unique image (easy variations included)**
- For packaging, we're looking at $10-$15 per task
- For logos, we're looking at $10-$15 per task
**Clarification: For product images, we usually assign projects that include 5 to 14 images per task, not 1 by 1, so that means the numbers pile up.
