Job Description

As the Meta & TikTok Ad Creative, you will be responsible for creating compelling and high-performing direct response ads on Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and TikTok. Your role will involve developing ad concepts, writing persuasive copy, and designing eye-catching visuals that drive conversions and maximize ROI. You will work closely with our marketing team to align ad strategies with our brand goals and target audience

Responsibilities:

  • Conceptualize and Create Ad Content: Develop creative and engaging ad concepts for Meta and TikTok platforms, focusing on direct response objectives.
  • Copywriting: Write persuasive and effective ad copy that resonates with our target audience and drives action.
  • Design: Design visually appealing ad creatives, including images, videos, and animations, that capture attention and convey our brand message.
  • A/B Testing: Implement and analyze A/B tests to optimize ad performance, including testing different creatives, headlines, and CTAs.
  • Audience Targeting: Collaborate with the marketing team to refine audience segments and ensure ads are reaching the most relevant users.
  • Performance Analysis: Monitor ad performance metrics, such as CTR, conversion rates, and ROI, to make data-driven decisions and continuously improve campaign effectiveness.
  • Stay Updated: Keep up-to-date with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in Meta and TikTok advertising.
  • Collaborate: Work closely with the marketing, design, and product teams to ensure alignment on branding, messaging, and overall marketing strategy.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in creating direct response ads for Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and TikTok, with a strong portfolio of successful campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of performance marketing, conversion, and online customer acquisition.
  • Proficiency in ad creative tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or similar.
  • Excellent copywriting skills with a focus on persuasive, action-oriented messaging.
  • Experience with video editing and creating short-form video content for social media.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and optimize creatives based on performance.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
